Terms of Service
Last updated June 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Enforgate's website, dashboard, and gateway service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
The Service
Enforgate is an MCP gateway that evaluates AI-agent tool calls against policies you configure, optionally holds calls for human approval, and records an audit log. You are responsible for the policies, keys, upstream servers, and notification channels you configure and for the actions your agents take.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- circumvent rate limits, usage limits, or security controls; or
- use the Service to build a competing product by copying it.
Plans, usage, and billing
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Scale plans differing in monthly guarded-call limits. Plan limits are currently soft — the gateway continues to operate over the limit and the dashboard shows a notice. Paid plans and billing are not yet active; when they launch, additional billing terms will apply and will be presented before any charge.
Third-party services
The Service connects to upstream MCP servers and notification destinations (email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram) that you configure. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in your configuration and data. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service for you.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Enforgate reduces risk but does not guarantee that any particular action will be prevented or permitted, and you remain responsible for your agents' behavior.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enforgate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described above. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
